Bill McGowan, a former General Electric Company human resources executive, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of global human resources leadership in a number of high tech Silicon Valley and East Coast companies, has joined Acumin Consulting to launch the specialist recruitment service in the United States. Bill’s business experience includes leading the HR function for three venture backed technology companies and GE where a premium was placed on the recruitment of leadership teams and key technical talent.
Bill brings a broad network and seasoned business perspective to Acumin Consulting and looks forward to helping grow the Acumin global brand throughout the Americas.

Jeff Combs has joined Acumin with over a decade of Information Security Recruiting experience gained while working for Alta Associates, Inc and his own firm, J. Combs Search Advisors. During this time Mr. Combs developed a depth of experience recruiting for Information Security and IT Risk Management professionals across industry verticals.
In addition to being a top performing recruiter, Mr. Combs is widely recognized as an expert regarding career development and emerging roles within the Information Security field.
Mr. Combs is a highly experienced executive recruiter and recognized as an industry leader in the areas of Information Security including Professional Services, Security Architecture, Application Security, Managed Security Services, Technology Risk Consulting, Audit and Compliance and GRC.
